About Natasha
Natasha is an ex Ballerina who toured with the Royal National Theatre, and has been practicing yoga for 12 years. After a motorbike accident left her with leg injuries from hip to toe, she left the stage to go into coaching.
Passionate about self-care and wellbeing, Natasha focuses on a holistic approach to fitness, bringing harmony to mind body and spirit. She can teach a varied range of yoga styles, pranayama (breath work) and meditation, so she treats her classes like a cocktail! Adding different flavours to suit everybody at all experience levels.
Natasha is a people person who loves helping others feel good. She wants her classes to be a treat, not a chore, and leads her students towards mastering Sthira / Sukha – the balance between challenge and rest, on and off your mat.
Natasha will be offering 1-2-1 Yoga sessions either held at TG Gym & Wellness or in the comfort of your own home.
