I am positive and friendly with an established client base. I would describe my training style as “functional performance sessions” which target weights and cardio at the same time. With 16 years of experience, I feel able to empathise, inspire, motivate and coach you towards your personal goals.
I am also very passionate about Gut Health as I believe it is the foundation to good health. So I run programs to support people to optimal health.
