Sam has been a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Wellness Consultant since 2016 after deciding to pursue her passion of educating herself and others on the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle.
She has worked with a wide range of clients whose goals have ranged from weight loss to rehabilitation from injury to building strength and stamina for sport performance.
Sam educates her clients in their own health and fitness goals so they can apply that knowledge to their activity outside of personal training.
