About Scott

Having been qualified as a Personal Trainer for 8 years I have helped many individuals achieve goals that they never thought were possible. With my passion and drive to aid others in achieving these, there’s no other industry I would rather be in. 

My true passion is Rugby. I have played semi-professional rugby at Henley Hawks for 7 years. I have been lucky enough to have been exposed to a high level of strength coaching throughout the years of being at the club, which has helped expand my knowledge within many different areas. This has helped to ensure I keep up with the ever-evolving fitness industry. 

More recently, I have pursued another interest of mine – Sports Massage and qualified within this in the last year. I feel as though this helps me to understand my client’s anatomy even more and understand what I can do to help when those “little niggles” arise. 

I believe fitness should always be introduced into individuals lives within a balanced manner to ensure it remains maintainable. It should always be accessible and enjoyable, whilst being specific to measurable and realistic goals.
