About the Recovery Lounge

The Recovery Lounge Henley is a private, unmanned wellness space offering sessions in a state-of-the-art Sunlighten full-spectrum infrared sauna.

Using near, mid and far-infrared wavelengths, the sauna works by gently heating the body directly rather than simply warming the surrounding air. This means you can experience the benefits of infrared therapy at a more comfortable, lower temperature than a traditional sauna.

Choose from a range of targeted programmes designed to support muscle recovery, relaxation, pain relief, detoxification, heart health and anti-ageing, or personalise your session by adjusting the length and settings to suit you.

Sessions also incorporate red and infrared light therapy alongside chromotherapy, creating a complete experience designed to complement your training, enhance recovery and support your overall health and wellbeing.
